Q: I noticed that your 'Buy Now' buttons
are Paypal. Do I need a Paypal account to be able to buy your
soundbanks?
A:
You do not need a paypal account to be able to purchase these soundbanks. Whilst payments are indeed handled securely by Paypal, a Paypal account
is not required. You can pay using most major credit and debit cards. After
clicking on the Buy Now button you will see on the purchase page some text
that reads
'Don't have a PayPal account?
Use your credit card or
bank account (where available).Continue'
Simply click on the word Continue to pay via
debit or credit card.
Q: I've ordered a soundbank but I have
not recieved it yet, help!.
A:
This could be one of several reasons. All orders are processed manually,
so delivery time may take up to 24 hours. All soundbanks are sent (and
ONLY sent) to the email address provided whilst placing the order. It is
vital that you provide a working email address for this. If the soundbank
still hasn't arrived after 24 hours it could be that your email account
accidently flagged the email as spam, so please check your spam folder, or
even better, add
to your
address book or 'safe' list. If there is still no soundbank, please
contact me via email and I will sort it out for you.
Q: How can I be sure the soundbank will work with my synth/computer/setup
etc.
A: For each
commercial soundbank sold on this site, there is a link where you can
download a free demo version. This version contains 16 of the sounds from
the 128 soundbank and if this bank works fine on your setup then the full
128 soundbank should work ok too. Please make sure you try the demo
soundbank version making sure its compatible first before buying the full
version.
